CRANBERRY AND HORSERADISH RELISH

INGREDIENTS:
260g cranberries
Half medium onion roughly chopped
100g sour cream or Greek yogurt
30g sugar
2 tbsp Graham's Horseradish Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:
Blitz cranberries and onion in food processor until fine, careful not to turn to mush. Add the rest of ingredients and stir in. Done!
