Graham’s dijon mustard transforms boring steamed carrots into a beautifully sweet and tangy side dish - perfect alongside an array of mains including beef, chicken, pork or fish dishes.
Graham’s dijon mustard glazed carrots
Ingredients
6-8 carrots peeled and cut into batons
20g butter
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Grahams Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1.) Steam or boil carrots for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2.) Melt the butter and sugar in a large pan until bubbling and sugar has dissolved. Stir in the Dijon mustard, then add in steamed carrots. Add some salt and pepper if desired.
3.) Transfer to heated serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
