dijon spiced nuts autumn fall recipe vegan snack

                                                                Ingredients

Mustard spiced nuts

  • 200g mixed nuts (or any nuts of choice)

  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (depending on your preference)

  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Grahams Dijon mustard

  • Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper

     

    1.) Preheat oven to 150-160 degrees.

    2.) Mix all ingredients together.

    3.) Place on a roasting tray and bake for 20-25 min, stirring every 8 minutes, make sure none are burning.

    4.) Remove and leave to cool before eating. Enjoy!
