Ingredients
Mustard spiced nuts
200g mixed nuts (or any nuts of choice)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (depending on your preference)
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon Grahams Dijon mustard
Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper
1.) Preheat oven to 150-160 degrees.
2.) Mix all ingredients together.
3.) Place on a roasting tray and bake for 20-25 min, stirring every 8 minutes, make sure none are burning.
4.) Remove and leave to cool before eating. Enjoy!
