Ingredients:

400g pork sausages

Approx 2 heaped tsp GRAHAM'S Steak Mustard, more if wanted

2 tsp GRAHAM Wholegrain mustard

390g ready rolled puff pastry, chilled

1 large free-range egg yolks, beaten

Sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Remove the sausage meat and put into a bowl.

3. Mix in Graham's Wholegrain Mustard and season to taste (add seasoning, then fry tiny amount and taste, add more seasoning if needed).

4. Unroll the pastry onto a baking tray leaving the baking paper underneath.

Brush the side facing upwards generously with Graham's Steak Mustard, then cut in half lengthways.

5. Divide the meat into 2, then roll out to make 2 sausages, the length of the pastry. Lay one down the centre of each pastry slice. Fold the pastry over the sausage meat to meet at the top. Pinch the pastry to seal, then turn the roll over so the seal sits at the bottom.

6. Brush the the pastry with beaten egg yolk and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

7. With a sharp knife, cut the sausage rolls into 2 inch mini rolls.

8. Bake for 20 minutes until puffed, crisp and dark golden all over.
